Siltumenerģētika 2026
On 7 October 2026, ATTA CENTRE will host Siltumenerģētika 2026, a business conference organised by Dienas Bizness Konferences. The event will bring together district energy executives, policymakers, representatives of the regulator, investors and technology experts.
Latvia’s district energy sector is entering a period of significant change. The conference will address infrastructure modernisation, investment, the new heat tariff methodology, energy-resource security and the integration of district heating into the wider energy system. Discussions will also cover excess heat utilisation, thermal storage, district cooling, digital energy management and new partnership models.
Expert presentations and panel discussions will focus on practical solutions for strengthening the competitiveness of district energy companies and supporting the sector’s long-term development. The conference is intended for company executives and board members, development and technical managers, representatives of national and municipal authorities, policymakers, regulators, investors, real estate developers, and technology and energy-service companies.
