**Event Coordinator is a person responsible for overseeing ATTA CENTRE clients' events on the event day. The coordinator represents ATTA CENTRE on the event day, actively communicates with all ATTA departments, ensuring that all client wishes and requirements are met to the highest standard. The coordinator's duties include being present during the event to promptly react and participate in the event organization to ensure its success.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:**

- Ensuring that all services provided by ATTA CENTRE meet the clients' needs and requirements and are delivered at the highest level of service;
- Creative thinking and staying one step ahead to deliver a Wow effect to clients;
- Greeting and seeing off clients and organizers;
- Creating event description documents (Function Sheets) for all events and organizing meetings at least once a week with all operational departments;
- Effective communication with sales and operational departments;
- Quickly responding to clients' requests and needs (on-site);
- Flexible attitude towards clients and their needs.

We are looking for a conference and event coordinator

**There’s nothing like walking in a city, absorbing the local culture, and stumbling upon hidden gems. So, what are the most walkable cities in the world? A new report has the answers.**

Insider Monkey—an investing website—has curated a list of the most walkable cities in 2024, perfect for travelers who believe the best way to experience a destination is by going to locations where every step is an adventure.

To come up with the list, Insider Monkey used data from a number of sources. First, the analysts tapped into city walkability scores from Tourlane and WalkScore, then mapped out distances between the top tourist attractions. They also analyzed air quality data from IQAir and safety indexes from Numbeo to narrow down the list to 30 cities.

Topping the list is Florence, Italy, known for its Renaissance history and timeless architecture. Florence’s compact layout means all major attractions are within a half-mile radius, making it easy for visitors to explore on foot. “Florence’s walkability seeps through in its historic center, where narrow lanes lead to landmarks like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio,” according to the authors of the report.

Europe dominated the list, taking the first five spots: Riga, the capital of Latvia, came in second, followed by Hamburg, Germany; Porto, Portugal; and Madrid, Spain. With 17 cities (including Istanbul, which straddles Asia), Europe also had the most locations of any region. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada each had three cities on the list. There were two in Australia, one in Asia, and one in the Middle East.

This medieval capital city set on the Baltic Sea is a delightful place for pedestrians. Its most popular attractions—the Riga Cathedral, Riga Central Market, the House of Black Heads, Bastejkalna Park, and Vērmanes Garden—are all within 1.5 miles of each other. Besides the pedestrian-only Old Town, Insider Monkey recommends checking out the UNESCO-listed neighborhood of Vecrīga, which it describes as “the historical center of Riga.”

Everyone knows that one of the main unique advantages of ATTA CENTRE is what we call multifunctionality that shines through a High-tech multimodal system.

**What does this mean in simpler terms? **

The ATTA CENTRE building was completely renovated and adapted to host the most modern and technologically advanced events. To be able to host events of any format and scale, the space of the first floor was divided into 3 halls (A,B,C), which were separated by multimodal walls (sliding walls), with the help of which, preserving the quality of sound insulation, all the halls can be merged. Same is possible using the Lobby area in combination with the adjacent halls. All in all 6 different hall configurations are possible, apart from the fact that hall A can be split into 5 smaller halls with 3 different room configurations.

Thanks to the above, ATTA CENTRE can host a banquet the size of a football field, a NATO summit, international exhibitions, concerts, sports events, larger and smaller conferences and forums.

Multifunctionality 

On Saturday night ATTA CENTRE have once again hosted the well-known KOK111 MEGA SERIES IN RIGA. Athletes from Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Poland, Holland and other countries took part in the event. 

On that night all true lovers of fight sports had a unique opportunity to witness the best fighters from all over the world in one ring. KOK111 MEGA SERIES featured fights amid such renown fighters like Kristaps Zutis from Latvia and  Dwight Harkinson from Holland.

The sports evening turned out to be a huge success!

KOK111 MEGA SERIES

On March 1, an amazing Stand Up concert by Danila Poperchny took place at the ATTA CENTRE. 

Guest count amounted to roughly 1500 while the combination of 2 big halls provided a spacious environment for the show. Add 2 large 40m2 screens to the mix and there you have it - a perfect event. 

The catering service has provided for 4 bars in total - 2 at the entrance and 2 inside the hall itself!

Multimodal system located on the first floor features transformation capabilities - two halls may be combined into one large hall measuring 2400 m2. Such unique flexibility allows for hosting large conferences, banquets, concerts, exhibitions, sports events.

On the 1st floor, the halls have 40m2 large screens as well as 6m high ceilings. The premises and its arrangement is adaptable to accommodate any event format.

ATTA Centre provides full-cycle catering, technical equipment and technical service at your event. Free underground and surface parking available.

#HRWeekLatvia 2022

The annual real estate event ‒ BREL Forum ‒ brought together Baltic real estate market leaders for the 11th time to discuss the latest challenges in project development, - significantly increasing construction prices and rapidly growing energy resource prices, which affect the tenants of these commercial objects and residential projects. This year, the BREL forum was held on October 14 at the ATTA CENTRE in Riga.

On Thursday, 21 July, ATTA CENTRE opened the first ATTA Krasta Festival, which included a Street Food Festival and a Collectors' Market with unique offers. The festival took place in the surface car park from 15.00 to 23.00. Music journalist, radio and TV presenter DJ Toms Grēviņš, DJ Kārlis Zariņš, RADIO TRIO soloist Madara Dzintara and her band, and special guests Žoržs Siksna and Kristians Kalva, a Latvian trumpeter studying in the Netherlands, took care of the musical mood of the visitors.

Visitors could indulge their taste buds at Mi: Gelato, one of the best Israeli cuisine restaurants - 2EAT, at the Labietis brewery stand they could dive into unique combinations of ales flavours, indulge in an iced coffee at Royal Coffee, get to know authentic Mexican cuisine with real Mexican Javier Garcia, taste specialty burgers from ATTA CENTRE cuisine and sip delicious summer cocktails while watching one of the liveliest streets of Riga, Krasta Street. 

The Invisible World Museum took part in the event, inviting visitors to discover everyday objects in an unusual way, using touch, hearing and smell. During the event, there was a tent where several blindfolded tasks were available to identify different smells, objects, nature's bounty and other surprises in the dark. The activities were led by blind people for whom living in the dark is a daily routine. 

You could get your own caricature from Vārs Krišs Lībietis from karikaturisti.lv. 

Alongside Street Food, there was a collectors' market, where you could replenish your vinyl shelf with great offers from Vinylla.lv / Plates.lv, meet the artist himself and get a one-of-a-kind autographed artwork from Rodion Šehovcova, buy paintings by Ilze Izidora, find a unique home fragrance from Arnet Home, delicious bread from the nearby Grant's Bakery, etc.

The next ATTA Krasta Festival event will take place on 18th of August with street food, music and open-air cinema.
