The annual real estate event ‒ BREL Forum ‒ brought together Baltic real estate market leaders for the 11th time to discuss the latest challenges in project development, - significantly increasing construction prices and rapidly growing energy resource prices, which affect the tenants of these commercial objects and residential projects. This year, the BREL forum was held on October 14 at the ATTA CENTRE in Riga.
